Experience that listens
I have been with Kalitta Air for more than 18 years. I am currently a Captain on the Boeing 777 and a Line Check Pilot.
I have stayed involved with our union through Pilot-to-Pilot and Professional Standards, and today I serve primarily in an advisory role.
During my time at Kalitta, I have flown every aircraft in our operation except the 747-400. I was also one of the core members who helped establish the company's ETOPS procedures and build a good line of communication between pilots and the company.

Why I am running
We deserve stronger leadership and a clearer path forward.
In recent years, I have watched communication and morale begin to dwindle. I am a strong believer in truth, trust, and communication. Too many of my peers are facing unnecessary challenges.
I want the more than 900 pilots on our seniority list to see Kalitta as a place where they can build a lifelong career and future.

My plan for CKS 140
Truth, trust,
and communication.
These are the changes I believe many of us would like to see. They begin with accountable use of union resources and stay focused on representation, communication, unity, listening, and a fair CBA.
Continue flying the line
I intend to keep flying as the responsibilities of the office allow so I remain connected to the problems our crewmembers experience every day.
Represent both fleets and both seats
I will select four LEC members: a Captain and First Officer from both the 747 and 777 fleets, giving each fleet and seat a voice.
Improve communication
We need a practical platform for questions and answers, frequently asked questions, important updates, and general discussion.
Restore unity and trust
All crewmembers should be represented properly. Our bylaws will be followed, and everyone will have a voice.
Listen to the membership
Surveys will become more common so my team and I remain current on the issues and changes affecting CKS 140.
Make our CBA a top priority
Most importantly, an up-to-date and fair collective bargaining agreement will be a top priority.

Unity is essential to this pilot group. If we do not have trust, transparency, discipline, and communication, then we have nothing.
